The Kids!

Okay, I know they are mine and all, but seriously, aren't they the cutest kids you've ever seen! Isn't it crazy how pretty much every parent thinks that their kids are the cutest? Even though I love my husband and think that he is quite handsome, it really irritates me how everyone says "you look like your dad" - to ALL of them. No, not one could look like me - after all I just gave birth to them... not fair! Anyway, I like this picture, although I would like it better if Alyx's hand wasn't in her mouth. Oh well, you can't win them all. Speaking of, here is another picture...


I do like this picture because it is nearly a miracle to have all 3 looking at the camera at the same time!!! YIPPY for me :)

A New Beginning

Well, Happy New Year everyone. I hope that you had a great Christmas. We went to Kansas for Christmas this year. It was our turn with Trevor's family, (I don't know why I say Trevor's family, when they are also MY family, but you know what I mean) - anyway, although I do hate to be away from my family during the holidays, we had a really good time. Our kiddos got to play with their 4 cousins on that side. They all had a blast! We don't get to see each other nearly enough. It is kind of tough living so far from everyone! His parents are about 13 hours away, and even though mine are closer, they are still 8 hours away. Sometimes, with the kids 8 turns into 13 because no matter how well you plan out the drive there is ALWAYS SOMETHING that comes up!!!
