I am so glad that I decided to go for the 28 Day Pledge Challenge. At first, I read about it and decided I was not going to do it. This was mostly because I thought of the fact that I couldn't just stop in the middle of it and just give up. I came across the post again (at thedigichick by NoraLong) on a different day and decided to go for it. I chicken out of doing things alot and really I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to do it. I am SO glad that I decided to do this! It has helped me tremendously to know that I have to report back and tell how I did. You know... I am held accountable and have to give updates and so forth! Everytime I go to bite a nail I actually catch myself. Before when I would try to stop, I would just bite them and not even realize I had done it. Now, I start to and before I do, I remember the Pledge and mostly I remember that I will be giving a "before and after" photo in a LO at the end! So inspiring! Anyway, this is the FIRST time I have ever thought that I could actually NOT bite my nails!
I do have to say though, after a few days into the first week, I had an extremely upsetting and stressful day, and therefor, I did bite my nails. That was sad for me and I concidered just stopping, but didn't. That was a couple of weeks ago and I have not bitten my nails since!

28 Days
Okay, so I found out from Nora Long, at the Digichick, that it takes 28 days to break a habit . . . so THAT's why that movie with Sandra Bullock going to rehab was called "28 Days"! Well, Nora challenged us to a 28 Day Pledge. We were to pick some things that we wanted to stop and find some things to replace the bad habits with. Well here is my LO for my 28 Day Pledge. Wish me luck! The papers & elements in this LO are from Christine Bourque's PunkRockPrincess kit.

BLOG NEGLECT
If you have actually been checking back to see if I have any new posts, I am sure you have given up on me by now. Sorry for such a LONG wait! We moved a month ago and things have been crazy busy! We are trying to get back into the groove of things. Trevor is working from home for now and between what he has to do for work and what he has to do for his schooling, that leaves me almost no time for me on the computer! I totally LOVE digiscrapping, so for me it is terrible. I think that I am having withdrawls from my scrapping! This is not a permanent move either. It's good knowing that upfront, but stinks to know that just as things get back to normal, it will be time to do it all again. It will be worth it though, because that will be where we stay, where we make our home and our place to raise our family. Good night for now. Just had to post SOMETHING!!!
