Okay, so I found out from Nora Long, at the Digichick, that it takes 28 days to break a habit . . . so THAT's why that movie with Sandra Bullock going to rehab was called "28 Days"! Well, Nora challenged us to a 28 Day Pledge. We were to pick some things that we wanted to stop and find some things to replace the bad habits with. Well here is my LO for my 28 Day Pledge.
